Data collected and purpose

We collect only the information needed to respond to a quote or availability request, prepare an event, communicate with you and follow up on your file. This may include your contact details, event information and special requests.

Your data is not used for purposes incompatible with these objectives and is not sold to third parties.

Security and confidentiality

Communication with the website is protected by an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to data is limited to authorised people who need it to handle your request, and technical and organisational measures are used to reduce the risks of unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Retention and deletion

We keep data only for as long as needed to handle your request, prepare or follow up on your event, and then for applicable legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or appropriately anonymised.

Cookies and audience measurement

A first-party cookie remembers your cookie choice for 6 months. Necessary session cookies secure sign-in to staff-only areas.

Audience measurement tags loaded through Google Tag Manager remain disabled until you agree. You can refuse or withdraw that choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Virtual assistant (experimental)

The website offers an experimental conversational assistant. Messages are recorded to improve the answers and to let our team pick up an interrupted request. Your message and relevant recent chat history are sent to OpenRouter, an external AI service, to generate a reply. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information in the chat. If you send a quote request from the assistant, the details you confirm are handled like any other quote request.

Assistant answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes: prices and availability are always confirmed by our team. Conversations are kept for 12 months at most and then deleted automatically.

Images and people featured

Identifiable people appearing in photos and videos published by Ghassen Music and Events have given consent or appropriate permission for publication. If you are concerned by content and would like it removed, please contact us.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, updating, deletion where applicable, or object to certain processing. You may also contact Tunisia’s National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
